Admission Requirements

The following requirements must be submitted at the Registrar's Office before a student is admitted to any CHED or TESDA academic program at STI.

Freshmen

Form 138 (Original Copy of un-cancelled 4th year high school report card)
Copy of high school diploma
Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by H.S. Guidance Counselor / Principal
Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
Two 2"x2" colored photographs

Healthcare

Be a competitive nurse or healthcare professional through STI’s multidisciplinary approach to health science education. The programs integrate learning from the Humanities, Natural Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Health Science Theories and the use of computer technologies in healthcare.
